Probably if you search on internet you will find many post's wich claims that CBD is better or stronger than Aspirin.
And probably you are so quite sure about the safety of Aspirin, in point that you may be laugh...
So, lets take a closer look to Aspirin and to CBD and lets see what we will find out!!!
Aspirin, also known as acetylsalicylic acid (ASA), is a medication used to treat pain, fever, or inflammation. Specific inflammatory conditions which aspirin is used to treat include Kawasaki disease, pericarditis, and rheumatic fever.Aspirin given shortly after a heart attack decreases the risk of death. Aspirin is also used long-term to help prevent further heart attacks, ischaemic strokes, and blood clots in people at high risk. It may also decrease the risk of certain types of cancer, particularly colorectal cancer.
-Aspirin should not be given to children or adolescents to control cold or influenza symptoms, as this has been linked with Reye's syndrome.
-Aspirin is known to cause hemolytic anemia
-Aspirin use has been shown to increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.
-Aspirin can result in symptoms resembling an allergic reaction, including hives, swelling, and headache
-Aspirin and other NSAIDs, may delay the healing of skin wounds
-On 9 July 2015, the FDA toughened warnings of increased heart attack and stroke risk associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID).
-Is best known for its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, which contributes to the many soothing qualities that people often report experiencing when they use CBD.
-In terms of heart health, it can be difficult to measure the success of a wellness supplement like CBD, although some scientific evidence has helped uncover the effects CBD may have on cardiovascular health.
-Many confirmed and scientifically supported medical benefits. These include treatment for pain attached to inflammation, migraines, arthritic conditions, and auto-immune syndromes... and many many other health benefits
--But most importantly, CBD has the lowest rates of negative symptoms than any other prescription drug on the market for other prestigion dryg ...
-Higher doses of CBD, 25mg/kg and 50mg/kg were less effective at stopping inflammation than 5 mg/kg. I thought that was interesting.

"The most of us we dont know exactly how many adverse effects has this 'innocent' pill..."
According to https://en.wikipedia.org: Aspirin should not be taken by people who are allergic to ibuprofen or naproxen, or who have salicylate intolerance or a more generalized drug intoleranceto NSAIDs, and caution should be exercised in those with asthma or NSAID-precipitated bronchospasm.
-People with kidney disease, hyperuricemia, or gout should not take aspirin because it inhibits the kidneys' ability to excrete uric acid, thus may exacerbate these conditions.

According to this FDA document, approximately 103,000 people per year are hospitalized due to NSAID overdose. In the FDA document cited above suggest that deaths via NSAID overdose might be as high as 16,500 per year.
What about CBD???
CBD by contrast, does not have those dangers...
-Is best known for its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, which contributes to the many soothing qualities that people often report experiencing when they use CBD.

CBD Vs Aspirin...
-In the The Independent, Dr. Leslie Iverson from Oxford University, concluded that “Cannabis is a safer drug than aspirin and can be used long-term without serious side effects.”
-In another study published on the https://halcyonorganics.com we found that
"Cannabidiol is Better Anti-Inflammatory than Aspirin and Tramadol"
The cannabidiol outperformed both aspirin and tramadol in both anti-inflammatory and anti-nociceptive properties. Aspirin hung in there, tramadol basically didn’t help anything.
Takeaways and interesting points in this study:
-The benefits of CBD were more efficient with the intraperitoneal injection, with 5 mg CBD/ kg body weight.-Higher doses of CBD, 25mg/kg and 50mg/kg were less effective at stopping inflammation than 5 mg/kg. I thought that was interesting.
-They did the experiment with pure CBD as well as whole plant CBD extract. As expected, the whole plant extract was about 5x more efficient than pure CBD. (50mg of pure CBD to get the same results of 10 mg whole plant extract).
-The aspirin hung in there and performed well.
-The tramadol didn’t do anything.
-The tramadol didn’t do anything.
So... if you ask me, yes CBD is much safer and better option for all those reasons that you have read above and you can find many others clues for this if you search.
After all, dont forget that in your body you have "Endocannabinoid System" and not "Aspirin System"... :)
