How To Use CBD For Unbelievable Sleep

These days, it is almost impossible for people to “turn off” between constant smartphone connection and rising digital social pressures, rates of insomnia and other sleep-related disorders

Whether you toss and turn all night, or lay there thinking about the problems of the day, it can be frustrating not getting great sleep, especially if you’ve tried all of the things that are supposed to help:

  • Exercising during the day
  • “Winding down” an hour before bed
  • Not consuming caffeine beverages in the afternoon
  • Going to bed at the same time every night, with the same routine
  • Stop drinking alcohol
  • Creating a super dark room with blackout shades
  • Putting in ear plugs
  • Turning on the blue-light filter on your phones or putting away your devices completely before bed-time
  • And every vitamin, supplement, and herb out there!
The fact is, sometimes you still can’t get a good night’s sleep. It’s not your fault there’s something bigger going on.
If you don’t want to resort to prescription medications, then CBD could be the answer you’ve been waiting for. It does absolutely jaw-dropping things to your sleep because of its many wonderful medicinal properties.
It can stop the racing thoughts, help you calm down and finally get the kind of deep, restorative sleep you’ve been dreaming about for YEARS. In this mega-guide, we’re going to show you how.

"CANNABIS & SPIRITUALITY"

Αποτέλεσμα εικόνας για CANNABIS SPIRITUALITY:
The stoner stereotype is a familiar one that transcends cultures...
But as legalization allows cannabis to be discussed maturely, that trope seems like a dying remnant of the decades-long smear campaign against a plant that can truly impact our lives, culture, and economy in a positive way.

With the relaxation of Cannabis stigma, people can explore a path of spirituality, studying the plant’s use as a tool for inner exploration and enlightenment.
Much like any other psychedelic substance, cannabis can be abused and consumed without respect to its potency, power, or healing potential. Certainly, there’s no harm in using it as a tool to relax and decompress from life’s daily stresses, but some might argue there’s a point of diminishing return when consuming copious amounts without setting the right intention.
And for religions that consider the plant sacred, this is typically their view on the use of cannabis — using it heedlessly is considered a sin or frowned upon, while using it for enlightenment or spirituality is accepted, and in some cases, encouraged.

"Prescription of a THC/CBD-Based Medication to Patients with Dementia: A Pilot Study in Geneva"

Dementia is characterized by a deterioration in memory, thinking, behavior, and autonomy in daily life activities.

According to the World Health Organization, there were around 50 million persons worldwide suffering from dementia and this number is increasing with the global aging of the population in most countries.

Currently, the options for treating BPSD (Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia) include pharmacological and nonpharmacological therapies. Psychotropic medications are often used to reduce the frequency and severity of BPSD, but in the majority of patients, they provide only modest symptom control and important side effects.

The interest of cannabinoids in Alzheimer disease and other forms of dementia has increased first as neuroprotective drugs in animal studies. Indeed, some studies suggest a potential beneficial effect of CB1 and CB2 receptor agonists on reducing harmful β-amyloid peptide action and tau phosphorylation seen in Alzheimer disease as well as increasing intrinsic brain repair mechanisms.

"Finally... is CBD Better Than Aspirin...?

Probably if you search on internet you will find many post's wich claims that CBD is better or stronger than Aspirin.

And probably you are so quite sure about the safety of Aspirin, in  point that you may be laugh...

So, lets take a closer look to Aspirin and to CBD and lets see what we will find out!!!

Aspirin, also known as acetylsalicylic acid (ASA), is a medication used to treat painfever, or inflammation. Specific inflammatory conditions which aspirin is used to treat include Kawasaki diseasepericarditis, and rheumatic fever.Aspirin given shortly after a heart attack decreases the risk of death. Aspirin is also used long-term to help prevent further heart attacks, ischaemic strokes, and blood clots in people at high risk. It may also decrease the risk of certain types of cancer, particularly colorectal cancer.

"New compound from CBDA could be substitute for opioids & steroids"

Israeli researcher Raphael Mechoulam has announced the development of a process to modify and stabilize cannabidiolic acids (CBDA) that appear early in the cannabis plant’s growth, rendering compounds that have the potential for large-scale use.

The result is a semi-synthetic, fully stable, acid-based compound that could be useful in suppressing nausea from chemotherapy, and be a treatment for such afflictions as Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and Psoriasis.

Researchers say such compounds, which are more potent than CBD or THC – and which so far have shown no negative side effects – could replace steroids and opioids.

Politically correct for pharma

Mechoulam worked with American biotech startup EPM to develop the solution to stabilizing the acids through esterification, a simple chemical process. That could prove interesting to the pharmaceutical industry as the process turns out the acids in a consistent form that is patentable. Also, EPM CEO Reshef Swisa said the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has told the company the compound would not be treated as cannabis but as any other drug in development, thereby avoiding the stigma and legal limitations associated with marijuana.
